………..his first National Day celebration with my family , They visited heritage village , where they saw traditional game , food , dances and handicrafts . It made Hamad proud of his heritage .
The tradition Hamad loves most is folk dancing . First , tow lines of men recite verses . they are dressed in traditional costume with cartridge belts and carry cuved daggers around their waists . they also carry arifle which they fire into the air . then , male dancer take over .
Hamad is also proud of camel racing , which is a sport that comes from the Bedouin tribesmen . In the past , races were held at weddings and festivals .
Finally , Hamad is proud of his nation’s mantime tradition . He appreciates that pearl fishing has brought wealth to his nation’s people over the centuries.
