Nowadays we live in a technology age. Each job needs many elements to be successful. Also we have to love our jobs, by that we can achieve more goals we planned to aim believe that every job has different conditions and responsibilities, but the main problem is how can we manage doing it in a good and perfect way. Before we start any project we should plan. Planning is the right key for successful .Beside planning there are many processes for managing any job. After working with dozens of small companies, I discovered that the successful ones share some common traits. Here, then, are the 14 qualities I’ve witnessed in many of the thriving small businesses I’ve worked with:
Company culture. Many companies integrate customer service into their business culture through training and the design (and frequent redesign) of relevant business processes. In most cases, the business plan dictates how they will provide quality customer service.
Attitude. As the owner of the company, you must have a positive attitude and accept 100 percent of the responsibility for the results of your business. When you accept responsibility, you can act to make the necessary changes to accomplish the desired results. Then, when success is achieved, you’re generous in giving credit to others within the organization. Without exception, the most successful business owners understand that it’s all about people: hiring and retaining the right people, eliminating ineffective people and providing the necessary resources for employees to master their tasks.
Business strategy. A complex strategy or business plan isn’t necessary to achieve success. A simple one-page $$$$$$$$ will do, but it should be well thought out and well executed. A poorly crafted business plan that’s well executed is far superior to the well-crafted business plan that sits on the $$$$f collecting dust. A good business plan defines and drives the activities and behaviors of the entire organization. Without it, the business becomes a ship without a rudder; it simply can’t be steered and ends up going around in circles. A sound strategy should include a financial plan, marketing differentiators, and product strategy as well as a plan for employee retention.
Discipline. Discipline is all about executing the strategies and then staying the course. It’s about staying focused on your core markets and measuring success as defined by your business strategy. It’s not about overreacting to market changes and adjusting your core strategy to keep up.
Risk. Successful business owners aren’t afraid to take calculated risks with clear outcomes in mind. Most owners who take risks do so because they recognize the need to change as the economic climates changes, and they understand it’s disastrous not to embrace change. Successful business leaders understand that being in business is about managing and responding to change. Companies that succeed embrace change and respond to challenges presented by the market, the competition or changes in general business conditions.
Financial roadmap. An important attribute is the creation of a financial roadmap and budget–and then having the discipline to follow it. A financial plan reminds owners
where and how to spend money, and it provides ways to measure progress or shortfalls. A sound financial plan is the cornerstone of a great business plan.
Business processes. Another frequently credited attribute of success is the streamlining of business processes. We call this "creating predictability." Unfortunately, this is probably the least understood task a small-business owner can take accomplish. Business processes are how things are done within a business. Every company has some processes; some are clearly defined, others are implicit. The intention here is to increase productivity and reduce costs while generating the same (or better) outcomes. Successful businesses understand the need to continuously improve their business processes: to become more efficient and productive, and to respond to market changes faster while providing better service to customers.
Information technology. While technology is important, it doesn’t have to be complex or costly to be effective. Effective technology is probably the most important enabler for change that a company can introduce.
Marketing. Effective marketing efforts perform different functions around unique selling environments. For example, business-to-consumer enterprises have completely different marketing needs than business-to-business companies. Having a good understanding of the pains your clients are experiencing and how your product and services stop that pain can help you understand just how to market to your customers–and that’s critical to business success.
Sales. Every company’s approach to sales is different. Some depend on building referral partnerships and strategic alliances, and this is the extent of their sales process. Others aggressively attack the market with direct-mail campaigns, cold calling and other forms of direct customer contact. The specific selling approach a company uses is usually defined by its marketing plan. Successful owners know that the concept of selling is a process that can be measured and improved, like all business processes. They talk about the importance of having a consistent, measurable and repeatable sales process, and they engage professional sales trainers (with flexibility to customize training to their selling environment) to help create consistency within their selling process.
Training. Because we live in a world of continuous change, it’s more important than ever to implement a culture of continuous learning. For many successful owners, continual investment in training is a major contributor to success. For training to be successful, however, there must a direct link back to the business plan and an understanding of how training supports the successful implementation of the business strategy.
Team of advisors. Without exception, every successful business owner I’ve worked with has talked to about how having trusted advisors is necessary for success. They know they can’t know everything and they searched out advisors they could trust. They usually preferred to pay for this advice because they were looking for someone who would challenge them, hold them accountable, ask them important questions and introduce them to others who could help them when necessary.
Work/life balance. Successful business owners understand that every person has just 1,440 minutes in any given day and how they spend this time directly impacts how
effective they’ll be in growing their businesses. Smart entrepreneurs successfully integrate their social lives into their business lives: The client who purchases a product today gets invited to the lakeside cabin the next weekend. Clients become friends, and co-workers become like family. These entrepreneurs build their lives around their business, and it’s almost impossible to distinguish between their social lives and their business lives.
Conclusion
Finally we should respect the whole work we should work hard with great faith on good. Also work success doesn’t know the phrase "lam". But it needs to participate with others. Business now days represent the economy of many countries especially the UAE. So we should work hard to make balance in our society.

Introduction:
The tundra is located at the top of the world, in the high northern latitudes of the world. It is the coldest of the biomes. Tundra comes from the Finnish word tunturia, which means treeless plain. It is noted for its cold landscapes, very low temperatures, little rainfall, poor nutrients, and short growing seasons. Dead natural material functions as a nutrient pool. The two major nutrients are nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen is created by biological fixation, and phosphorus is created by precipitation.
There are two types of tundra in the world, Arctic and Alpine. The arctic tundra is at the top of the world around the North Pole, while the tops of tall cold mountains are alpine tundra.
Climate:
The most distinctive characteristic of the tundra earth is its permafrost, a permanently frozen layer of ground often 2022 feet thick. Low rooted tundra plants and microorganisms grow in the frozen water. Animals are adapted to handle cold winters and to breed and raise young quickly in the short summers. Average yearly temperatures range from -70 degrees F to 20 degrees F.
Plants: —
All of the plants are modified to sweeping winds and disturbances of the soil. Plants are short and group together to resist the cold temperatures and are protected by the snow during the winter. They can carry out photosynthesis at low temperatures and low light intensities.
The growing seasons are short and most plants. The growing season is approximately 180 days. The nighttime temperature is usually below freezing. Unlike the arctic tundra, the soil in the alpine is well drained. Plants in tundra include tussock grasses, dwarf trees, small-leafed shrubs, and heaths.
Animal: —
The variety of animal life is also limited in the challenging environment. Musk-ox, caribou, and reindeer are the dominant large grazers, feeding on grass, sedge, lichen, and willow. Arctic hare, or snowshoe rabbit, and lemming feed on grass and sedge. Predators include the wolf, artic fox, and snowy owl. Polar bears, and sometimes brown bears are seen. Many birds nest in the tundra shrubbery in summer, migrating to milder climates before the winter season sets in. Invertebrate life is scarce, but insects such as black flies and mosquitoes are abundant. Alpine animal life includes the mountain goat, big-horned sheep, pika, marmot, and the ptarmigan, a grouselike bird. Flies are scarce but butterflies, beetles, and grasshoppers are abundant.
Animals are adapted to handle long, cold winters and to breed and raise young quickly in the summer. Animals such as mammals and birds also have additional insulation from fat. Many animals hibernate during the winter because food is not abundant. Another alternative is to migrate south in the winter, like birds do.

* They call their natural Tundra homeland ‘Nunavut’, and their language ‘Inuktitut’

* Natural vegetation provides Inuit with little food, only a few berries, and it is too cold in the tundra environment to develop crop farming
* Native animals provided them with most of their food, clothing, tools, and even boats and **** ter.
* The settlers made up clever methods of hunting animals before there were guns and rifles-like harpoons, spears, bows and arrows, and traps.
* Most of the Inuit lived around the shore-line, where they could also hunt and fish for marine life such as fish (mostly Arctic Char), seals, walrus, whales and polar bears.
* In winter Inuit search for food along the frozen gulfs, channels and Islands and move inland hunting caribou in summer
* Animal furs and caribou hides could be made into warm winter clothing.
* Until recently Inuit didn’t have **** l implements, used bone and horn to make harpoon spear-heads, knives, and needles for sewing things together.
* Inuit developed oil lamps using animal fat such as whale blubber
* The Inuit had no timber so they learnt how to build turf-huts with bone rafters, tents out of caribou skin, and snow block houses called igloos.
* To be able to hunt fish at sea, Inuit built open boats called umiaks, which were the world’s first kayaks, making them out of whale bone and animal skin.
Health Issues: —
The tundra has a very extreme climate. The intense cold presents many problems if you are not prepared. In any situation where extreme cold is present, hypothermia is a risk you take. Hypothermia is the lowering of the body’s core temperature. There are two types of hypothermia, acute and chronic. Acute hypothermia is the rapid lowering of the body’s core temperature. Chronic hypothermia is the slow lowering of the body’s core temperature. If the temperature drop occurs in less than four hours it is acute, otherwise it is chronic. Acute hypothermia is also called immersion hypothermia and typically occurs when a person is in cold water. It is important to note the difference between the two since treatment will be different. Hypothermia is considered severe when the body’s core temperature drops below 90 degrees F, and mild from normal body temperature to 90 degrees F
Frostbite is another problem in areas of extreme cold. Frostbite is caused by exposure to severe cold. Frostbite occurs more often when the wind is blowing, quickly taking heat from the body. The ears, cheeks, nose, toes, and fingers are frostbitten the most frequently. When the part of the body is exposed to cold, the blood vessels constrict. When this occurs the blood supply to the chilled parts decreases and the tissues don’t get the warmth they need
Conclusion:
All in all, in a short period of time, the flowers are brilliant. The growing season in the tundra is very short due to the frozen permafrost that only begins to thaw in mid-summer. Moreover, some early animals have been found preserved in the thick permafrost. The most common animals found in the tundra are the caribou, reindeer, and the lemming.

Smoking is very dangerous to the smoker because it causes many diseases.
Smoking causes many harmful diseases like lung cancer, emphysema, heart attacks, high blood pressure, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and can lead to birth effects. Some people smoke just for fashion. Generally a person starts smoking with friends or colleagues just for fun. Slowly they get addicted and later they reach to a stage where they can’t resist themselves from smoking and become ‘chain smoker’. Chain smoking means a person continues to smoke almost without break. If once a person becomes ‘chain smoker’ then it will be very tough to that person to keep himself away from smoking even for few hours and this habit leads to death.
Smoking affects not only the person who smokes, but also the people around that person. The people who are around the person who is smoking are forced automatically to perform ‘passive smoking’. This passive smoking is more dangerous when compared to direct smoking. Passive smoking can be found in public places like bus stands, railway stations and in any closed room with less ventilation. Government has banned smoking in public places. But it is not being implemented strictly any where in the country. There are some countries which strictly implement ban on public smoking. But in our country still it has to be implemented.
