My country
My country is UAE .It is in Asia in the region of the middle east .It has an area about 83.000SQ KM . It lies on the south of the Arabian Gulf and west of Gulf of Oman . It is bordered to the south and east Saudi Arabia and to the west with Omen . Almost two –thirds of the land area is desert .The UAE has a lot of mountains like Hafeet mount and it has no rivers .The capital of my country is Abu Dhabi .

I want to write today about UAE. UAE it is century in a middle east in Asia. It is border with many countries Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. And lie two gulf Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman.
The Area in UAE is 83600 square kilometres. And a population has 4 million. The capital is Abu Dhabi.
There are natural features like desert and mountains, none lakes. And there are many nice place. A climate to hot in summer and cool in winter.

A person who is aware of his duties and rights in his society is a good citizen. He knows that he is a member of the group with which he is associated by a thousand and one ties. He realizes that he should live in harmony with other members of society.
Man cannot line without a society. He can’t live alone. He must live with his fellow human beings. But living in a society means co-operation with other members of that society. When you live in society you have to take care of the other people. There are certain customs that have to b followed and you have to accept the traditions of your society. In addition there are certain boundaries that that should be taken care of. These restrictions and customs are for the common good and welfare of the societyA good citizen does his best to do his duty to the society. He always keeps in view the interests of his society and state. I think the most important thing that a person can do for the society is that he should live an honest life. The life has become very fast and it has become almost impossible to do something for others and everyone is busy in his life. So we should be careful about our behavior with others and if we are not able to help others then at least we should not be harmful for others. We should respect each other’s views, so that others respect our views. I think live and let live is a better idea

Renowned for its majesty and nicknamed "the king of the jungle," the lion possesses both beauty and strength. Lions vary in color but typically sport light yellow-brown coats. Mature male lions are unique among big cats due the thick brown or black manes that encircle their necks and protect them while fighting.

Diet
Lions consume a wide variety of prey, from wildebeest, impala,zebra, giraffe, buffalo and wild hogs to sometimes rhinos and hippos. They will also feed on smaller animals such as hares, birds and reptiles. Lions are also known to attack elephantswhen food is scarce.
Population
The lion population in Africa has been reduced by half since the early 1950s. Today, fewer than 21,000 remain in all of Africa.
Range
Though lions used to live in most parts of Africa, they are now found only in the south Sahara desert and in parts of southern and eastern Africa. Historically, in addition to Africa, lions were found from Greece through the Middle East to northern India.

The only social member of the cat (Felidae) family, lions live in large groups called "prides," consisting of about 15 lions. Related females and their young make up the majority of the pride. A single male, or sometimes a small group of 2-3 males, will join a pride for an indefinite period, usually about 3 years or until another group of males takes over.Lions within a pride are often affectionate and, when resting, seem to enjoy good fellowship with lots of touching, head rubbing, licking and purring. The males are territorial, and will roar and use scent markings to establish their domains.Females do almost all of the hunting. They are mainly nocturnal and work in teams to stalk and ambush prey. Lions inhabit grassy plains, savannahs, open woodlands and scrub country. These landscapes allow the hunters to creep stealthily through vegetation and leap upon their unsuspecting prey.
